Figure it Out


So, this week's core lesson is figurative language and understanding them in the poems given.They are metaphor, simile, personification, hyperbole, and symbolism. Understanding these languages will enable you to gain light bulb ideas to our essays.

  1. I am hoping to get a clearer insight and understanding of poetry. I had some difficulty trying to interpreting the short stories, although I found if I read the stories multiple times I would get a better understanding.

  2. figurative language is when you're describing something with smilies, metaphors, symbolism, imagery. Which is definitely used in poems
